Use your major credit card or PayPal account to register on-line (a PayPal account is not required). Please view our Registration FAQs below for additional information.

There are three ways to register!

  • Download and print a copy of the 2019 Kentucky EMS Conference and Expo Brochure (in PDF format) and complete and mail-in the registration form. You cannot use a credit card when you mail in your registration.

  • Easiest and quickest registration method: Register On-Line through our encrypted secure site with your major credit card or PayPal.

  • A registration desk is available at the conference for walk-in registrations. All payment methods accepted. Walk-in registrations are also available at the EMS Golf Scramble, but we cannot guarantee cart availability or space at the Golf Scramble for walk-in registrations.

Confirm your registration.

After a registration is received and processed, a confirmation is sent by e-mail or U.S. Postal mail to the address included with your registration form.

Mailed-In Registrations: A check (payable to KAPA) or money order must accompany your mailed-in registration. Please do not send cash. Phone, fax, and e-mail registrations cannot be accepted. Absolutely no registration will be processed without payment. Registrations that do not include the complete payment will be returned unprocessed.

Purchase Orders are not accepted. You can determine the registration cost by completing our registration form and sending your completed registration form to your finance department (please instruct them to attach the form to the payment). Payment must be received at the time of any purchase.

On-Line Registration: You may use your Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover or PayPal for payment when registering on-line. Payment must be made at time of on-line registration.

Please include your daytime phone number on your registration form. If a phone number is not provided, registrations that cannot be processed will be returned unprocessed.

Processing of registration forms received on or after September 10, 2019 will be delayed. You are encouraged to mail your registration allowing ample time for delivery prior to September 10, 2019. Registration can also be done on-site at the conference.

Want to know how to expedite your registration and check-in at the conference?

We have changed the registration procedure this year for use with our scanning system, for your convenience, that allows for a smoother transition in and out of the classrooms. In order to utilize the full benefits of this system each participant must be registered individually.

System registration is a two-step process. To begin, visit kyconferences.org and create your personal account. Creating an account associates you and your continuing education credit and provides you with a means of retrieving your CE certificates (when available), review your purchase history, and is a one-time registration that can be used for future events.

The second step of the registration process is used to register you for an individual event, such as the Kentucky EMS Conference. Please read below to see which individual event registration method suits you best.

I have not registered for the conference.

Creating an account on our website kyconferences.org, and making an event purchase, is convenient and expedites your admission to the conference. However, you can still register and pay onsite at the conference.


I registered and paid for myself.

You’re all set! Conference pre-registration is complete. Your admission credentials will be waiting on your arrival. We will have early check-in open this year from 6PM – 8PM Tuesday, September 17, 2019 in the Conference Center Lobby at the conference registration desk, or you can still check-in at the conference registration desk any day Wednesday through Friday.

My service or someone else paid for my registration. What do I need to do now?

Whoever purchased your registration pass(es) was issued a coupon code(s) that were supposed to be given to you. Once you receive your coupon codes, follow the instructions provided to you to complete your event registration. Completing your event registration will greatly reduce your wait time at check-in if you pre-register on our website at kyconfereces.org.

I never received a coupon code?

Contact the person who purchased your pass(es) to obtain your coupon codes and then follow the provided instructions to get registered. You can still register with your coupon code on-site, but waiting until you are on-site may greatly delay your admission to the conference.
